Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager - IT Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the ITSM vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise IT strategy and regulatory requirements
- Own and continuously improve ITSM processes and workflows, ensuring efficient service delivery and transparency
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage resource allocation, budgeting, and financial planning for ITSM functions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years in IT Service Management or IT Operations; 3+ years in leadership roles
- ITIL v3/v4 certification (Intermediate or higher)
- Expertise in ITIL frameworks and enterprise ITSM implementations
- Experience managing ServiceNow platforms and working with Managed Service Providers
