Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - IT Service Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the ITSM vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise IT strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Own and continuously improve ITSM processes and workflows, ensuring efficient service delivery and transparency
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage resource allocation, budgeting, and financial planning for ITSM functions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years in IT Service Management or IT Operations; 3+ years in leadership roles
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification (Intermediate or higher)
  • Expertise in ITIL frameworks and enterprise ITSM implementations
  • Experience managing ServiceNow platforms and working with Managed Service Providers
