Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Transform and evolve IT service management practices, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Create and manage KPIs to measure the success of IT services and support
Required Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification (V3 or V4) is highly desirable
- Three years of related experience managing support queues
- Experience in creating and implementing continual service improvement plans
- Call center experience is considered beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
