Key Responsibilities
  • Transform and evolve IT service management practices, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Create and manage KPIs to measure the success of IT services and support
Required Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (V3 or V4) is highly desirable
  • Three years of related experience managing support queues
  • Experience in creating and implementing continual service improvement plans
  • Call center experience is considered beneficial
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
