Job Summary
Seeking an experienced ITIL Certified ServiceNow Administrator for a full-time remote position, responsible for administering and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stable operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support ServiceNow platform modules including ITSM, CMDB, and reporting
- Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow workflows and automation while supporting full SDLC processes
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Active ITIL Foundation Certification
- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
- Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident and Change Management
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and root-cause analysis experience in a production environment
- Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation
