ITIL Process Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITIL Process Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ITIL based Availability & Capacity Management processes with 24x7 coverage
• Develop, maintain, and distribute the Capacity plan in accordance with projections and policies
• Monitor compliance to Capacity targets and inform technical teams of any non-compliance

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing ITIL processes, specifically in Availability & Capacity Management
• Strong understanding of IT environments and services from internal/external providers
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements and integration enhancements
• Experience in consolidating reports from technical teams for Service Capacity & Availability
• Familiarity with capacity requirement projections and impact assessments
