Job Summary

To enhance IT service management, the full-time ITIL Specialist III will develop, manage, and improve ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversees and improves ITIL processes by integrating best practices and utilizing data analysis
  • Coordinates between support teams to determine solutions for service quality improvement
  • Defines KPIs for ITIL practices and prepares management reports to demonstrate their value
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing ITSM and ITIL practices
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of hardware, software, and enterprise application support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Latest ITIL Foundation Certification
