ITOM Advisory Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisory Solution Consultant (ITOM) for the US Federal DoD Community.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT Operations Management product sales by addressing customer business issues and demonstrating technical credibility
• Facilitate customer discovery workshops, align solutions to business value, and gather feedback for product innovation
• Educate customers and colleagues on ITOM solutions and market trends through various events and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in solution consulting or presales within datacenter domains and related tools
• Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and integrating technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, and Automation
• Ability to manage technical activities in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
• Experience supporting Federal Government Agencies, preferably with DoD
