Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules and implement Cloud Infrastructure Governance
- Architect AIOps solutions and develop self-healing automation
- Build REST/SOAP APIs and automate workflows using ServiceNow tools
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery and Event Management
- Knowledge of AIOps and Machine Learning for incident correlation and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python
- Experience with integration of monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace
- Familiarity with developing custom dashboards for operational intelligence
