Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITOM Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules and implement Cloud Infrastructure Governance
Architect AIOps solutions for predictive analytics and develop self-healing automation
Build APIs for tool integrations and automate workflows using ServiceNow tools

Required Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery and Event Management
Knowledge of AIOps, predictive analytics, and machine learning
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and workflow automation tools
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk or Dynatrace is a plus
