Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, ITQA Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain IT software testing policies, procedures, and standards
• Provide guidance to IT Testers and oversee UAT planning and execution
• Lead and mentor IT testing resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Hands-on experience in software testing and validation
• Experience with test automation and performance testing
• Proven experience leading IT testing teams and managing offshore resources
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing best practices
