ITS Communications Specialist

Job Summary

Providing strategic communications leadership, the full-time ITS Communications Specialist will develop and execute communication strategies related to technology changes and operational priorities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies for planned technology changes and enterprise incidents
• Advise on communication planning and operational readiness to support the CIO and ITS leadership team
• Enhance organizational transparency and improve coordination of critical communication and administrative processes across ITS

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, healthcare administration, public relations, journalism, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in communications, business operations, or a related function
• Experience in healthcare, information technology, or enterprise communications preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on improving processes and workflows
• Knowledge of change management and communication governance practices
