Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, ITSM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver industry best practice guidance and lead process change aspects of project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and technical leads to define ITSM business process solutions and ensure alignment with business value outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers to enhance solution adoption and organizational readiness
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in ITSM-related process and platform implementation
  • 5+ years of experience in process definition, mapping, and advising on best practices
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification
  • 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and relevant certifications
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
