A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, ITSM.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver industry best practice guidance and lead process change aspects of project delivery
- Collaborate with clients and technical leads to define ITSM business process solutions and ensure alignment with business value outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers to enhance solution adoption and organizational readiness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting experience in ITSM-related process and platform implementation
- 5+ years of experience in process definition, mapping, and advising on best practices
- ITIL v3 or v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification
- 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and relevant certifications
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
