ITSM CMDB Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM CMDB Administrator to join their IT Service Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ensuring data accuracy and automation
• Collaborate with teams to deliver enhancements, configuration changes, and support for ITSM applications
• Provide technical training and documentation to IT associates while maintaining process improvements

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CMDB administration, preferably with ServiceNow
• Understanding of configuration item hierarchy and CMDB data modeling
• Experience with ITIL methodology
• Hands-on experience with APIs and automation; exposure to AI technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems or Computer Technology required
