ITSM Configuration Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Configuration Management II - ServiceNow (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, manage, and govern the Configuration Management System (CMS), CMDB, and CSDM within ServiceNow
• Develop and maintain ITIL Configuration Management lifecycle processes
• Oversee the design, build, testing, training, and documentation related to Configuration Management policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Associates degree in IT, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of experience in ITSM, ITIL-based Configuration Management, and managing CMDB/CM professionals
• Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
• Deep understanding of CMDB data models, CIs, service relationships, and ITIL lifecycle processes
• Certifications: ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation (or higher); ServiceNow certifications related to CMDB/Asset Management are a plus
