A company is looking for a Senior Information Technology Service Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct process assessments to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Streamline IT services and enhance the use of ITSM tools
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile principles to redesign workflows and facilitate process mapping workshops

Qualifications & Skills

Strong background in process analysis and improvement methodologies
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile practices preferred
Experience in IT service management (ITIL) is a plus
Ability to translate technical processes into user-friendly workflows
Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills
