Job Summary
A company is looking for an ITSM Consultant - Jira Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end JSM implementations and optimize ITSM processes in alignment with ITIL best practices
- Conduct discovery workshops, serve as a trusted advisor, and facilitate training sessions for clients
- Produce high-quality documentation and maintain project artifacts while contributing to internal knowledge bases
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Jira Administrator, Atlassian Consultant, or ITSM Platform Lead
- Proven expertise in Jira Service Management configuration and ITSM process design
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks and practical implementation
- Experience in client-facing roles, including discovery sessions and stakeholder presentations
- Advanced proficiency with Jira automation and familiarity with Atlassian Cloud administration
