Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Consultant - Jira Service Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end JSM implementations and optimize ITSM processes in alignment with ITIL best practices
  • Conduct discovery workshops, serve as a trusted advisor, and facilitate training sessions for clients
  • Produce high-quality documentation and maintain project artifacts while contributing to internal knowledge bases
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Jira Administrator, Atlassian Consultant, or ITSM Platform Lead
  • Proven expertise in Jira Service Management configuration and ITSM process design
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks and practical implementation
  • Experience in client-facing roles, including discovery sessions and stakeholder presentations
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira automation and familiarity with Atlassian Cloud administration
