ITSM Consultant V

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees business-specific projects, coordinating resources and promoting adherence to procedures and policies
• Drives ITSM process implementation by guiding team members in documenting requirements and influencing leadership on ITSM strategy
• Evaluates business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and recommends improvements

Required qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role with process or service teams
• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field and eight (8) years of IT experience
• At least four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
• Experience managing process or service financials is preferred
• Two (2) years of experience interacting with executive leadership is preferred
