ITSM Consultant V

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvement initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees business-specific projects, coordinating resources and promoting adherence to ITSM policies
• Drives ITSM process implementation by guiding team members in documenting requirements and influencing ITSM strategy development
• Partners with leadership to define goals and develop measurable processes and services aligned with stakeholder needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role working with process or service teams
• Experience interacting with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above)
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and performance metrics development
