ITSM Consultant V
Job Summary
Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversees business-specific projects, ensuring compliance with procedures and effective resource allocation
- Drives ITSM process and service implementation by collaborating with stakeholders to document requirements and develop strategies
- Evaluates business needs and industry best practices to identify and recommend improvements for ITSM processes and services
Required qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role with process or service teams
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years in ITSM processes or services
- Experience managing process or service financials preferred
- Two (2) years of experience interacting with executive leadership preferred
