ITSM Consultant V

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure contingency procedures are maintained, and drive service improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to procedures and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
• Drive ITSM process and service implementation by guiding documentation and influencing leadership in strategy development
• Evaluate business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role working with process or service teams
• Experience managing process or service financials is preferred
• Experience interacting with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above) is preferred
