ITSM Consultant V

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate IT risk matters, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects, coordinating resources and ensuring adherence to procedures and policies
• Drive ITSM process and service implementation by guiding team members in documentation and strategy development
• Evaluate business needs and industry best practices to recommend improvements for ITSM processes and services

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role with process or service teams
• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
• Experience interacting with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above)
• Ability to manage process or service financials preferred
