ITSM Consultant V

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvement initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees business-specific projects, coordinating resources and developing work plans to meet organizational goals
• Drives ITSM process implementation by documenting requirements, guiding leadership on ITSM strategy, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs
• Evaluates business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and services, making recommendations for improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years in a leadership role with ITSM processes or services
• Experience in managing process or service financials preferred
• Two (2) years of experience interacting with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above) is preferred
