ITSM Consultant V

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and manage cross-functional projects remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees business-specific projects, applying expertise to ensure adherence to policies and develop work plans
• Drives ITSM process implementation by guiding team members in documenting requirements and aligning with stakeholder needs
• Evaluates business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role with process or service teams
• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
• Experience managing process or service financials is preferred
• Two (2) years of experience interacting with executive leadership is preferred
