ITSM Consultant V

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure contingency procedures are maintained, and drive service improvement initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to procedures and developing work plans to meet organizational goals
• Drives ITSM process and service implementation by guiding team members in documenting requirements and influencing ITSM strategy development
• Partners with leadership to define goals and deliverables, ensuring the implementation of efficient and sustainable processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years in a leadership role with ITSM processes or services
• Experience managing process or service financials preferred
• Two (2) years of experience interacting with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above) preferred
• Ability to adapt to competing demands and provide feedback to team members
