Job Summary
Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees business-specific projects, coordinating resources and developing work plans to meet organizational goals
- Drives ITSM process and service implementation by guiding documentation of requirements and influencing ITSM strategy development
- Evaluates business needs to identify gaps in processes and recommends improvements or enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
- Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role working with process or service teams
