ITSM Consultant V

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive the execution of ITSM roadmaps while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees business-specific projects by applying expertise, developing work plans, and coordinating resources to achieve organizational goals
• Drives ITSM process and service implementation by guiding documentation of requirements and influencing leadership in ITSM strategy development
• Evaluates business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and makes recommendations for improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role working with process or service teams
• Experience managing process or service financials is preferred
• Two (2) years of experience interacting with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above) is preferred
