ITSM Consultant V

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees business-specific projects by developing work plans, coordinating resources, and solving complex problems
• Drives ITSM process and service implementation by documenting requirements and guiding leadership in ITSM strategy development
• Evaluates business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and services, making recommendations for improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years in a leadership role with process or service teams
• Experience implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
• Ability to interact with executive leadership, preferably with two (2) years of experience in such roles
• Experience managing process or service financials is preferred
