Job Summary
Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvement initiatives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects by applying expertise and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
- Drive ITSM process and service implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives and develop strategies
- Evaluate business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
- Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role working with process or service teams
