ITSM Consultant V

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects, coordinating resources and promoting adherence to policies and procedures
• Drive ITSM process and service implementation, collaborating with leadership to define goals and develop strategies
• Evaluate business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and recommend enhancements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years in a leadership role with ITSM processes or services
• Experience managing process or service financials is preferred
• Two (2) years of experience interacting with executive leadership
