ITSM Consultant V - Colorado

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V - Colorado will evaluate risk matters within IT and ensure adherence to contingency procedures while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees business-specific projects, developing work plans and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
• Drives ITSM process and service implementation by guiding team members in documenting requirements and influencing ITSM strategy
• Evaluates business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and services, recommending improvements as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years in a leadership role with process or service teams
• Experience implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
• Ability to interact with executive leadership, preferably with at least two (2) years in such a role
• Experience managing process or service financials is preferred
