ITSM Consultant V - Colorado
Job Summary
Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V - Colorado will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects, coordinating resources and ensuring adherence to ITSM policies and procedures
- Drive ITSM process and service implementation, collaborating with leadership to define goals and develop strategies
- Evaluate business needs and industry best practices to recommend improvements for existing processes and services
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years in a leadership role with process or service teams
- Experience implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
- Ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of ITSM policies and performance metrics
