ITSM Consultant V - Colorado

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V - Colorado will evaluate risk matters within IT and ensure contingency procedures are maintained while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects by applying expertise and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
• Drive ITSM process and service implementation by guiding team members in documenting requirements and influencing leadership on ITSM strategy
• Evaluate business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements

Required qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role working with process or service teams
• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services
• Experience managing process or service financials is preferred
• Two (2) years of experience interacting with executive leadership is preferred
