ITSM Migration Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Migration Consultant to support enterprise-level migration projects within the IT Service Management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ITSM platform migrations, including assessment, design, data mapping, execution, and validation
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of legacy systems, focusing on workflows, SLAs, fields, integrations, and custom objects
• Coordinate migration execution with technical teams and support go-live activities

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience with ITSM platforms in consulting, technical delivery, or engineering roles
• Extensive experience in field mapping across ITSM platforms, including custom and system fields
• Strong experience with Jira Service Management, including project setups and workflows
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB/Asset
• Experience preparing migration artifacts like mapping documents and validation reports
