ITSM Operations Analyst
Job Summary
To support IT communications and transparency, the full-time ITSM Operations Analyst will develop executive-level presentations and reports, analyze data from various IT systems, and translate complex information for diverse audiences while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level presentations and reports to support leadership decision-making
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple IT systems to produce actionable insights
- Translate complex technical and operational information into clear communication for various stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire
- Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments with significant exposure to Epic EHR
