Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Problem Analyst to join their IT team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead investigations and implement permanent solutions for recurring incidents using various analysis techniques
  • Coordinate and facilitate Post-Mortem Reviews to identify root causes and track corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain problem management dashboards and metrics within ServiceNow
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Incident and Problem Management roles
  • ITIL Foundation/Expert certification is highly preferred
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of technical infrastructure including networking, storage, and cloud
