Job Summary
A company is looking for an ITSM Problem Analyst to join their IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigations and implement permanent solutions for recurring incidents using various analysis techniques
- Coordinate and facilitate Post-Mortem Reviews to identify root causes and track corrective actions
- Develop and maintain problem management dashboards and metrics within ServiceNow
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Incident and Problem Management roles
- ITIL Foundation/Expert certification is highly preferred
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of technical infrastructure including networking, storage, and cloud
