Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Process Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessment of existing ITSM processes and identify areas for improvement
Design and document streamlined ITSM processes based on industry best practices
Provide implementation support, training, and continuous improvement of ITSM processes

Required Qualifications:

Degree in computer science or related field, preferred ITIL certification
5+ years of experience in major incident plan documentation, escalation procedures, and training program development
Experience in continuous improvement plan development
