ITSM Product Owner

Job Summary

Leading the global configuration and development of the ITSM tooling ecosystem, the full-time ITSM Product Owner will manage the ServiceNow platform roadmap, enhance service outcomes, and ensure interoperability with adjacent technologies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow platform roadmap, aligning delivery to business and IT priorities
• Partner with process owners to implement and improve tooling capabilities that support operational models
• Establish and maintain tooling governance, including configuration standards and platform KPI reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10-12+ years of overall IT experience with progressive responsibility in enterprise platforms
• 5+ years of experience leading ServiceNow platform work in a product ownership capacity
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and custom development
• Experience in regulated environments and working with compliance, risk, and audit teams
