Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience and certifications
• 5+ years of experience in IT project or program management
• Demonstrated experience delivering ITSM or service management initiatives
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives involving technical and non-technical stakeholders
