ITSM Project Manager - JIRA

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Project Manager / Lead - JIRA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and improvement of IT Service Management processes within the organization
• Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and oversee ITSM projects
• Apply ITIL principles to enhance service delivery and manage various ITSM-related projects

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of total experience with 4+ years in ITSM project management preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Atlassian JIRA and related products
• Experience in managing and creating processes for asset management databases
• Experience leading implementations involving Change Management and Incident Management
• ITIL Foundation certification or other ITSM certification is required
