ITSM Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Sales Manager - New Logo.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets in the commercial sector
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for the team to identify, qualify, and close new logo opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth in the assigned territory

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership and team management within the commercial sector
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions and their applications in diverse business environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Track record of successfully managing and growing commercial accounts
