Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team to address business challenges and market dynamics
Act as the domain lead for ITSM, translating ITIL concepts into Salesforce workflows
Assist with project delivery by navigating the platform and ensuring client needs are met

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience with a market-leading ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
Deep understanding of the ITSM market and competitive landscape
Ability to lead discovery sessions and influence technical and business stakeholders
Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for risk management
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
