Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable service management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and design end-to-end ITSM solutions and develop service processes aligned with ITIL best practices
  • Lead the implementation of ITSM solutions across various tools and platforms, ensuring quality and maintainability
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading workshops and supporting the transition to ITSM practices
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in enterprise platforms, service operations, or solution architecture
  • Strong interest in IT Service Management (ITSM) and willingness to retrain into ITSM frameworks and tools
  • Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and CRM/support platforms (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud) is beneficial
  • Ability to design scalable processes, workflows, and understand integrations and security concepts
  • Experience leading workshops and managing stakeholder communications
