ITSM Solution Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of scalable service management solutions, the full-time ITSM Solution Architect will own the end-to-end solution process, from initial client conversations through implementation, while working remotely from LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Define and design end-to-end ITSM solutions and optimize service management processes aligned with ITIL
• Lead presales activities, including solution design, demonstrations, and client stakeholder presentations
• Implement ITSM solutions across tools and platforms, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability

Required qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in IT service management or an IT delivery environment, including managerial roles
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM or another enterprise ITSM platform
• Proven track record of leading presales engagements and managing partner programs on Salesforce
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service operations
• Ability to design scalable processes, data models, and service structures
