Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in ITSM offerings to design, implement, and optimize solutions for enterprise customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and address client pain points
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to customers and provide feedback to product management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with mid-market/enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity
• Experience selling ITSM solutions and managing IT services
• Ability to interpret complex business problems and collaborate on value-based solutions
• Comfortable in both business and technical contexts, engaging with diverse audiences
• Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record in building executive relationships
