Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert ITSM Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ITSM operational design during client transition into live service
• Support ITSM tooling integration design and manage service management RAID items
• Contribute to process and service tooling design, creation of processes, and service documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of IT Service Management tools
• ITIL4 certification preferred
• Project Management certification preferred
• 1+ years of experience using ServiceNow and SharePoint
