Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time ITSM Specialist will monitor daily ITSM operations, manage the change record lifecycle, and maintain documentation of ITSM processes and platform configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily ITSM operations to ensure effective service delivery processes
• Manage the full change record lifecycle, ensuring compliance with change management procedures
• Serve as a User Acceptance Tester (UAT) for ITSM-related agile development stories

Required qualifications

• Experience with ITSM and ITIL frameworks
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
• Proven ability to maintain standard operating procedure documentation
• Experience in managing change management processes
• Background in user acceptance testing for ITSM processes
