Job Summary
Leading a fully remote team of licensed Life Insurance Agents, the full-time Senior Manager, IUL will coach and mentor agents to exceed sales targets while fostering a dynamic and growth-oriented team environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a remote team to achieve and surpass monthly sales goals
- Coach and train agents on performance improvement and sales strategies
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2C inside sales leadership experience
- At least 4 years in the telesales insurance industry in a management role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
