Job Summary
To support the ITSM platform, the remote contract Ivanti Developer will configure, customize, and enhance workflows, business rules, and integrations while collaborating with business users and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable ITSM solutions
- Configure and customize Ivanti workflows, business rules, and service catalog modules
- Develop reports and dashboards for ITSM operations and support integrations using REST APIs
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with an enterprise ITSM platform
- Experience with workflows, business rules, service catalog, and automation
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON
- Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes, including Incident and Change Management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
