Ivanti ITSM Developer
Job Summary
Configuring and enhancing the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform, the full-time temporary Ivanti ITSM Developer will work remotely to translate service-management requirements into workflows, automate processes, and support ongoing platform operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and technical stakeholders to document and translate requirements into scalable ITSM solutions
- Configure, customize, and enhance Ivanti workflows, business rules, forms, and automation
- Develop and support Service Request, Incident, Change/Release, and Knowledge Management modules
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM platforms, including Ivanti ITSM or comparable systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs/JSON
- Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes, including Incident and Change Management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, or DevOps delivery models
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
