Job Summary

Managing multilingual audio IVR prompts, the full-time IVR Audio and Localization Specialist will QA, edit, and post-process audio files while overseeing voice talent and vendor relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large corpus of multilingual audio IVR prompts
• QA, edit, and post-process multi-lingual audio files
• Coordinate voice talent and localization vendor relationships, including scheduling and remote coaching of recording sessions

Required qualifications

• Strong background in linguistics and conversational dialogue principles
• Close attention to detail at the level of a copy editor
• Strong communication skills for effective vendor interaction
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Flexibility to attend conference calls at odd hours
