Job Summary

A company is looking for a DC Engineer Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and modify IVR call flows, scripts, and applications using NICE Studio
Integrate the IVR system with backend databases, CRMs, web services, and third-party APIs
Conduct testing, support deployment processes, and troubleshoot IVR applications

Required Qualifications

3-10 years of experience in IVR development, particularly with the NICE CXone platform
Strong proficiency in NICE Studio scripting and experience with JavaScript, C#, or Java
Knowledge of telecommunication protocols (VoIP, SIP) and CTI integration
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is often required
